Exchange Conditions
- Product must be in original condition, with packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email).
- Within 15 calendar days from the purchase date.
- PAPELERÍA LA COMUNA reserves the right to deny exchanges if conditions are not met.

Defective Item (Manufacturing Fault)
If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will replace it with a new one in perfect condition. Exception: brands like Hewlett Packard, where the customer must request replacement directly with HP Colombia.
Item Damaged in Transit
You must:
- Inspect the package upon delivery. If packaging or tape is damaged, note it with the carrier.
- Report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
If not reported within this timeframe, we cannot accept responsibility.
