All prices include VAT, as required by Colombian law.

7. Shopping Process: Step by Step, at Your Pace

Shopping with us is simple and secure. Just follow these steps:

  1. Register or log in: Fill in your details (needed for billing and shipping). You’ll receive a welcome email.
  2. Browse and add to cart: Pick your favorite items.
  3. Review your order: Check items, quantities, shipping address, and delivery method.
  4. Choose payment method: Credit/debit card, PSE, Baloto (up to $500,000 COP), bank deposit, or transfer.
  5. Confirm and pay: Accept the terms and complete your purchase. Done! You’ll get an order summary via email.

The minimum order amount is $15,000 COP. You can edit or cancel your cart before payment. The contract is finalized upon payment confirmation.

8. Secure Payments

Your transactions are processed through certified gateways like Pagononline.net. We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Bank deposits
  • Baloto payments (up to $500,000)

We do not store your card details. Everything is handled by PCI-DSS certified secure platforms.

9. Shipping, Returns, and Warranties

Everything about shipping times, costs, in-store pickup, and return policies is detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Highlights include:

  • Nation wide shipping on any orders with upfront payment or against delivery.
  • Same-day delivery in Ibagué (orders before 12:00 p.m.)
  • 15-day exchange window (except hygiene-sealed items)
